- Renewal fee 5% - where the tenant(s) extend the original tenancy.
Our fees for a letting only service are 10% of the monies receivable for the period of the tenancy agreement.

- Regular inspections.
- Deal with all enquiries.
- Tenant check-out with full inventory.
Our fees for a letting and property management service are 15% of the monies receivable for the period of the tenancy agreement.
