• Renewal fee 5% plus Vat - where the tenant(s) extend the original tenancy.

Our fees for a letting only service are 10% plus Vat of the monies receivable for the period of the tenancy agreement.

• Rent collection
• Payment of any outgoings
• General repairs
• Emergency repairs
• EPC Reports / Gas Saftey Certificate
• Regular inspections
• Deal with all enquiries
• Tenant check-out with full inventory

Our fees for a letting and property management service are 15% plus vat of the monies receivable for the period of the tenancy agreement. Additional cost may be levied against extra cost which may be incurred for Professional Cleaning, Inventory, Electric / Gas Safety Certificates and Energy Performance Certificate which is a legal requirement (EPC), etc.
